Cancellation Policies

NANOFLIES CORP through MIAMI PARADISE TOUR is committed to the satisfaction of our customers, if you have any problem with your purchase or inconvenience we will try to solve it as soon as possible, you just have to write us an email presenting your case to cliente@miamiparadisetour.com or call us at our customer service number +1 754 304 2627 offered in MIAMI PARADISE TOUR are sold in a single payment.

Return Policies :

All cancellation requests must be informed by you in writing via e-mail to registro@miamiparadisetour.com mentioning your customer code, date of purchase of the package and reason for cancellation; and you must do it in a maximum of 30 days from the purchase. In case of exceeding the 30 continuous days specified in this description, you cannot request the cancellation of the vacation package.
